1 piece of mineral going for 3 is common, but I have seen one going for 4 only rarely. What is the highest you've seen a single piece of mineral be sold for in gate generation?

I've seen 4 before. I mostly forget to take mineral dumps until I'm hurting for cash, then I usually try to find a gate that sells for 4 crowns and sell all of that particular mineral in it.

You can get 5's when new

You can get 5's when new gates are first accepting minerals, but it doesn't last long.

You don't have to click

You don't have to click *that* much - CTRL-click transfers 10 at a time.

I've been trying lately to only sell at 4 or higher, which means by the time I find one for a given color I've saved up so many I get a big old chunk of change :-)

Does anyone know what factors affect mineral price? I had assumed it was a higher price for whatever was the least present in that stratum, but the numbers don't always bear that out. And then there's the "theme randomly assigned" gates - I can't see why those have different prices for different colors at all.
