They are the kind of enemy all of us really hate. They prance around you till they strike from behind.
Tips on killing them:
Bring a blade or quick sword with you
Create a distraction such as one person in front one person in back
Find a place where they are not looking, then strike
Escaping:
Run zig-zagged around the area, make sure your zig-zags are big so they slow down.
Oh, feel free to post yours as well, we seem to be getting a lit of them.
A few quick stabs with a flourish style sword is all it really takes even on tier 3 their fairly predictable.
just have your group face 360 and stay in one spot...
Magnus is all you need to turn any pesky wolver into fashionable pelt in a blink.
For teleporting wolvers, they tend to teleport behind you.
If you have a gun (and yes, magnus is awesome :D), you can shoot once (even a miss!) and they'll teleport behind you, which you can easily switch to your sword of preference.
use ionized salt bomb.
Don't let the damage bonus vs slime fool you, that bomb was made to kill wolvers.
First, charge it up and walk five feet, so the wolvers teleport to you. Then, plant the bomb.
Right now, they're charging their attacks. Then the bomb hits them, does fat pierce damage, shocks them, and most importantly, knocks them on their furry butts.
Charge another one and walk five more feet. Repeat. Don't worry about the spread of the projectiles, 9 times out of 10, the wolver will teleport directly into the shrapnel path.
Do this 3 or 4 times, collect heat.
Ionized Salt Bomb- its not just a weapon, its a license to solo beast strata.
Tips on killing them: use the boost to chase! Also, try hovering (hold 'Z' and 'R').
Just shot em in their face while their roarring ... all good guns are piercing so nvm
i just run around out of their reach until i see one dissapear, i give it a second and then turn around and start swinging. works like a charm:)

And yet devilites are weak to the same damage type as wolvers.
Already have it. Doesn't mean I hate them any less :P

Tip: Use bombs :)
Little bastards leap right into the radius and do all your work for you, it's great.
Sword users have an easier time with enemies that kill bombers, but the payoff is that wolver packs aren't as big a deal for us.
