Yes, it does. The game freezes only when I attempt to create a party on T1. Joining parties on it and creating parties on T2 doesn't seem to cause the error.

Game Stuck at 93%
My game is also stuck at a certain point... but for me, its right when I finish the tutorial and go into the camp... I just started playing. Its stuck at that point, tried re-starting, re-installing, deleted cookies/temp files, everything... still doesn't work... And I cant try to move to other areas since that is the only option I have of going somewhere. The game just gives me the Program has stopped responding error every time around 89% to 93%. I am running windows 7, 8 gb ram, i5 processor, 7650 graphics card... my computer can definitely run it.

Caught the 0% in T2
I just got this myself trying to get onto depth 16 of the Ironclaw Munitions Factory gate. I wasn't the party leader and had no problems loading since joining at the town point. Also attempting to reclient after disconnecting still shows a 0%.
Was a bit bummed that I couldn't remember any PUG members to get back in :P. So far for me it seems to be a one off...

If I am the Leader I got stuck when entering T1 from the Heaven Portal.
I tried the Game on my PC (Win7 64) and Laptop (Win7 32).
I amusing Steam for Account verification
PS: I also sent 2 Ingame Reports, nothing happend!

I got the same problem here,
I got the same problem here, entering the Tier 2 Clockwork Terminal. Which is awful, because visiting Basil was the only reason I was playing today; 40 energy completely wasted.

Does it only get stuck on certain Tiers? Someone else mentioned a similar problem, but only happens when starting at T1.
