Hello! You have probably seen my other post on wolves, that is why I am talking about many different ones now.
Sparky:
Run behind them. When they start to turn around towards you, move their other backside.
Bombs set by them create a more safe enviroment for you.
Guns are good to use from a far range, standing too close can hurt you.
If there are many, running behind them can confuse them.
Note:
They are incredibly slow. But there attacks are dangerous, especially the flamethrowing ones.
LolZ Ik. Bring strong shields for T3.
There is no escaping the eight rocket puppies spawning in a T3 arena at once.

Well, unless you manage to go without being noticed...
Stand behind where they spawn. If you know when/where they'll spawn, you can stand behind them and they wont become aggressive. This is primarily for arenas anyway. It allows you to kill one non aggressive one real quick, and work your way to the next one. Picking them off so you don't have a whole room unloading on you.
Fire puppies were only “dangerous“ before the nerf update. Now they have so little range they are a total joke. :P
I hate winding up with 8 rocket puppies aggro'd at once in a t3 arena. The only thing I can say is try to use the puppies to block the rockets. Doesn't always work, though. :P

With 8 Rocket Puppies in an arena, I rarely have a chance to prevent them from all attacking at once. In that situation, it's too hard to go on the offensive. Instead, I prefer running around the perimeter and shielding. Having 8 rockets flying around the arena means that more often than not, the Rocket Puppies will take damage from them. Rocket Puppies are weak against the elemental damage and fire status dealt by their own rockets. Once a few of them have been killed, they are much easier to manage.
If you can't get behind a Rocket Puppy, getting up close to one and shielding also works. The blast from their own rocket exploding will hurt them, making them faster to kill.
I wait till they fire, run to the side, slash, repeat. Since they fire so slowly, this results in them not hitting me.
But the timing is more difficult with more than one, and with rocket puppies you might as well try to make them hit each other.
Hey OP, do you have a guide for devilites?
I'm not sure how other people do it, but when I see the animation for a spawning gun puppy or when my group is picking off the single monster that's left (three versus one is almost a sure kill) I start charging and immediately run for a corner. Since gun puppies usually spawning facing towards the middle of the room in arenas, it is a great blind spot to pick them off. I then procede to kill them by going up behind them and attack them. After that, just rinse and repeat.
I've killed at least half of the arena's gun puppies almost everytime using this method. It also works with almost any rooms as well.
Tier 3 missile launching ones are worse.
