First, I have some suggestions to improve the chat interface. If people are in a guild and use guild chat a lot or private message people a lot, you understand that it is extremely annoying to have to type /guild or /tell "so and so" EVERY TIME YOU MESSAGE, long conversations become so tedious it's painful.

So Three Rings thought of a great solution. You can respond to the last chat by pressing "R." This is great...unless you are switching back and forth between messages a lot.

I suggest adding more commands for easier chat use:

Enter: opens normal chat bar
Shift + Enter: opens guild chat
Control + Enter: opens officer chat

Also, I suggest that if the chat bar is open, hitting Tab will cycle through your last chat commands (/tell "A", /tell "B", /guild, /officer). This would make things much more convenient.

I also think, as I'm sure many people do, the guild hall is a little...lacking. There should be some way people can donate crowns or energy or materials or SOMETHING to get some sort of upgrades to the guild hall. An in guild hall auction house, maybe a token trader, maybe somebody that stands at the front door and tells you hello whenever you join the guild hall. I don't know what all can go in the guild hall but it has enormous potential that is being wasted.

You can actually open up the

You can actually open up the chat bar with / so you get that out of the way instantly. From there all you have to do is '/g' for guild chat and '/w name' for tells. I also type like 70 wpm so maybe I don't have room to speak.

My suggestion to in-game chat

My suggestion to in-game chat would be - make the scrolling easier... Those scrolling arrows are pretty big, yet using them is pain (at least for me, I play SK in windowed mode, not in full-screen).
