I randomly get dragged across the screen and hit and killed, or dragged, freeze and killed. I have already sent in F2 bug reports and a GM report on how I can actually get my energy back with no help whatsoever, and only a consulation with they can only give back elevator energy which they didn't even bother to ask me if I wanted it back.
Please fix this bug, its ruining my gaming sessions and it will probably be my sole reason to quit the game
That's not a bug, that is called lag----it means your internet connection is slow because there are too many people playing the game, or your connection is set up improperly.
You should try to make sure that your connection to the internet is strong and stable, you might want to try playing at different times of the day to avoid busy server times.
