Since it is neither Very High nor Maximum, you are probably safe to just put it on the AH with no BIN. My guess is that it will go for between 25k and 75k crowns, but I don't track owlite shields closely. I have a High UV for shadow too and it does seem to help quite a bit against devilites and greavers....

there is an owlite shield right now on the AH with the same UV shadow high sitting at 160k/200k crowns (2.7k/3.4k CE) with zero bids on it. I've seen them go for much cheaper than that one. But, it all depends on who wants what and when. This game doesn't have enough players to even out the auction system so that there are always has several serious bidders for every auction and regular comparable auctions for sale at the same time. If you hit a time when there aren't many for sale and a lot of bidders, you will do very well, if you hit a time that there is only one serious bidder, well, you are screwed. Still, I think even KnightyNite's estimate of 3-5k is high.
