It'd be great if anyone could tell me what a fair price would be since I've heard things as low as 100K Cr for the Chapeau and as much as 20K CE for the entire set.

i was going to say
8-13k ce.
But yeah, Rice there probably has it more closely pegged.
The price is very unstable for these. Id say a good average price would be 12-13k CE for the set.
