I don't have a lot of money right now, and am relying on my Mist Energy/Ce ATM.

A recipe is great, but a crafted item will do even better (if possible through your black magic software :P)

Whatever is cheaper will do, I'm going to assume that the recipe is.

If you can wait a while, I can give your progress reports of how much money I have by editing this forum post.

Then I'll get T3 clearance after getting a better shield and armor.

In the mean time, I'll focus on FSC :D
