all those items are bind on acquired just like trinkets are as far as I know

anyways, why would someone sell for 200CE less than the vendor sells?

Oh

Well they use to be unbound and I bought like about 4 to 7 of them for this price...people want to get rid of it since they rather have some Ce rather than an item they will not use. Still strange bought one from a friend today for 600ce as well...

ones that were bought before

ones that were bought before that patch day are unbound, new ones are bound, so you can get old ones, and 600 is quite fair, i dont think they are worth 400 even... i sold mine to a guildie for 400...
