I can't log in.

I finished a dungeon and was stuck at the report, with the countdown timer frozen, unable to click it.
It animated and made a clicking sound but was otherwise unresponsive.

I can't log out. There just isn't the option for no reason at all. I can only click "ok" at the bottom of the menu.

I quit. I log back in. It says "Connecting" or "Logging in" for about...10 minutes. And won't do anything else.

I quit. Reload. Still indefinitely "connecting". My friends on vent say I still say I'm online. There is no button or way to take me offline.

10 minutes later it disconnects me. To be safe, I quit, exit steam, reload steam, and relog.

I get to a character screen. I am stuck watching my character walk while it says "Heading into town".....indefinitely.

I FINALLY get in after trying this, including making a new character, logging out, attempting to log my main. Stuck heading into town.

So I'm in. Victory, right? No. Because my patience for this happening is razor thin.

Help fix this, please.
