it's changing the files on
it's changing the files on the computer it has nothing to do with the files on the server side of it. not exactly sure how it would be a bannable offense to change around some of the music and such. but then again i might be wrong never really read the ToS

As far as I know, he/she most likely altered the "texture pack" of a bomb and the change should only be visible to him/her. Plus I'm pretty sure this is against the ToS. This is according to my knowledge in a previous thread.
