My knight name is Cakeasaurus, im using a steam account whic his aaron185 to play I don't know why but, when i am on the haven arcade, Fire Storm Citadel or Iron Claw Munitions Factory i get a horrible ping and framerate drop, this happens on some other areas of the game too, my computer isnt the issue,also i tried the windows shotgun aproach, i will post my system specs:
clearly, my computer isnt the issue, my Ati Graphics card is a Radeon HD 5770 running on ati Catalyst V11.6 with direct x 9,10,11, all open gl and java up to date, i dont think im the only one with this issue, i also have some videos showing the kind of lag i get http://www.youtube.com/user/cakeasaurus01/ look for the vanaduke and snarbolax videos, on any other game areas i get good ping and framerate, please help and if nessesary id like to meet a game master while being ingame

Its a known issue with almost all ATI cards starting from Catalyst 11.3 and up. You could try moving up to 64-bit Java (has had a little success).
You also could experiment with driver tweks... but not having an ATI card, I can't make any useful suggestion on that.
