[ERROR]Cannot Log In

Please help me with strange error...

Chronology :

- Installing game as usual : Done
- Register account as usual : Done
- Execute the game
- Then Login Window appears (login password)

Here's the problem :
- When I entered the username and password and click login, the game says logging on for a while, then, the game closed unexpectedly.

I've tried entering false account and game says "no such user" (assume connection to be okay)
But when tried entering true account, the game closed, with no error report, no crash code. Just closed with no reason.

I've tried reinstalling it. Installing from website, from steam, they do same. Also JRE is already updated to recent.

Computer Spec :
- HP Probook 4420s
2GB of RAM
Intel Core i3 M350
Intel HD Graphics
Windows XP Professional SP 3

Go into the spiral knights

Go into the spiral knights folder and look for the projectx.log file. Then paste the contents here.

You have the same problem as me.

Hey Section, i'm also having the same problem to.

I also get stuck on "logging on", the login screen. However it seems my other account seems to work so it must be the account only.
Section try making another account, if that works and you can login past the login screen then that means something is wrong with your account not your connection, installation and so on.

I would recommend reporting this bug including your account name and hoping a GM to fix this problem. In the mean time all you can do is wait or simply create another account generating crowns for your main when it restores back or something.

projectx.log doesn't give any meaningful info...

But I've found the problem. I have an unusual Windows Installation (which the drive is F: instead of C:, you can see it above) and JRE installation goes there too. And I tried to other computer with Windows Installation in C: and it works flawlessly.

Then, to fix this, I just copied folder of JRE, replacing java_vm in Spiral Knights folder and fix the shortcut to Play Spiral Knights to javaw.exe in java_vm folder... then it works... with my account.

Maybe this would be a bug report (rare bug with unusual Windows Installation Drive Issue).
