Does the equipts HAVE to hav bonus health + in order to get more bars or is it something else. I mean I do have health bonus stuff but i'm wonderin wat is the health stat for?

Just be aware that the health
Just be aware that the health bonus and other stats for piece of equipment will be decreased if the star rating for the gear is too high for the Tier. There is no change in stats if the star rating is appropriate or too low for the Tier.

I was playing wit 4* and I go into t3 or the same thing with a 5* ?
I'm pretty sure that the health stat is for how many extra health bars you get, but you can also get them temporarily by picking up vitapods in the clockworks. The only way to permanently have an upgraded health stat is to have equipment with it though.
