Though to be fair, it IS just a helmet and as inanimate objects don't really have genders they're really all androgynous and you should never assume to know who the person playing the character is. There are a few other helmets with the same design, but there aren't many (@Firebreak Helm). The angelic helm line could be considered feminine though, in terms of stuff that will actually get you to end game.
