yet ANOTHER roarmulous twins bug

SO heres what happened

I was doing a run with a group of strangers started right after basil. i go through all 3 floor then i go into boss floor and i asked the party leader if i could do the switches he got pissed off and kicked me i said to myself who cares im more then capable to solo it. i get there evrything is normal bosses arraise from the depths and then they just stopped, i could move and they were just frozen looking at me with there puppy eyes.

I don't ask for much i want one of two things my CE back (40ce) or the tokens i was supposed to receive (3) because i did all 3 floors

You should have filed a

You should have filed a request for support in-game and pressed F2 to submit a bug report. That would have likely gotten you an immediate response.

I don't mean to flame or cause any trouble...but that has never. Ever worked.

Game masters never respond to in-game tickets, period. I've filed dozens when things have bugged, or I've been ejected from content, or rooms wouldn't load and I've been stuck trying to re-connect for 20 minutes at a time because the game still thinks I'm logged in.

Never gotten a response once.

i did file an F2 error the seconds the bugg happend but i double posted to ensure that i got some sort of a responce

Melizande, this concerned me, so I did some poking around. What I found was rather baffling--your support history shows zero support requests submitted, and that includes from other accounts related to yours. I had someone double check my findings because I wanted to be sure I was correct about this point. Checking our email system showed no incoming email from you, either.

I'd like to know more. Which Spiral Knights account did you use to send these requests? Were you submitting bug reports instead of support requests? Due to volume, bug reports do not get replies. Support requests do.

Same thing happened to me but in between their stages. I filled bug-reports but no response and eventually i died and just got kicked off. (One twin stayed in defense mode while the other just attacked
