I think 7-20k would be more than sufficient to cover you on both ends. If it went for minimum bid of 7k, thats not a bad price. If it got bought out for 20k CE you should consider yourself very lucky! [max shadows goes for 20k maybe 25k CE to those really desperate. and its a much more prized shield than max elemental.]
