I've been interested in getting a Shock-based firearm for some time now (not really liking the Argent Peacemaker line), and I was wondering, which of these two guns is better, Polaris or Storm Driver?

A few notes:
-According to the stat bars, which I know can be inaccurate, the Polaris is the faster and stronger of the two weapons.
-Polaris gets three shots to a clip, compared to the Storm Driver's two.
-Polaris' charge attack creates a single explosion, whereas the Storm Driver's creates an explosion which turns into four additional bullets.
[NOTE] Due to a bug, Polaris' charge attack deals normal damage instead of shock.
-The Storm Driver's bullets can ricochet up to two times, and the Polaris' bullets become more powerful the farther they travel.
-A UV Storm Driver is much more easily obtainable, although that doesn't really mean anything when comparing the two weapons.

Thoughts from anyone who has played either/both of these weapons?
