I've been wanting to buy some CE. Unfortunately, i don't have access to a credit card atm, and i need a way to get some. I was browsing the forums, and heard about something called a "gamer card". Can somebody tell me what this is and where to get one?

I have no idea what gamer card is, but you can also buy CE with crowns (coins you collect in the Clockworks).

Ultimate Game Card or Prepaid CC
I believe you are looking for the Ultimate Game Card, which can be purchased at many different stores and used to buy CE. You can read about it here: http://ultimategamecard.playspan.com/
To use an Ultimate Game Card, you choose "Other Payment Types," go to the secure website, then select the "Pay by Cash" option, which will then guide you through using that card.
It may be easier to buy a prepaid credit card, available at most supermarkets and drug stores, instead. A prepaid Visa/Master Card/Amex can be used just like any other credit card, but it doesn't require you to be 18 or to have any credit. There is usually an activation fee for these cards ($5ish), but they can be recharged and are very easy to use.
