I've got one last week from a T2 treasure chest. I see it posted on the auction house for something around 17-19K crowns... but I really canno't find a single person interested in it, even if I advertise it via general/trade chat for 10K credits only.
Is it considered a bad shield maybe? Should I vendor-sell it (it goes for 3500 Crowns)?

I got one from a treasure chest yesterday evening. Put it up in AH for 19.5k making mine the lowest buy now. Right before I went to bed, it was the 3rd lowest buy now. When I logged on to SK this morning, I got a mail saying I got about 19k for selling it. :P
the reason it was hard to sell was because it could be obtained via Jelly Gems from Brinks...
Well, you obviously don't want it, and personally I don't see any reason to use that particular shield.
Compare it to the Twisted Targe, if you would.
Swapped normal and piercing damage resists, and normal is more useful.
Sure, it loses the stun and sleep resist, but... really? sleep resist? the stun resist helps a little I suppose, but low damage boost to swords is more useful, especially since that's upgraded to medium at 5 star
There's really no reason to buy a normal/piercing shield, since that shield is so easily aquired from snarby.
Now, normal/elemental, or normal/shadow shields... :P
