Barbarous thorn blade vs Final flourish

the title is somewhat self explanatory. Which sword does more, the barbarous thorn blade or the final flourish. (Assuming no UV and general situation)
Im sitting right now with a final flourish that i made before the arrival of snarb and im considering making a barbarous thorn blade.
By my understanding (I could easily be mistaken), the normal attack damage is the same for both.
The difference, then, would lie in which charge attack you favor.
