How to contact the game support?

I don't know where to put this, so let it be in the General section.
Ok, so... I wanted to ask a question regarding my account and so I went to the "support portal" page.
But the "Contact Support" links don't work for me, all it shows is a blank page :D
So the question is - how do I contact the game support?

Their email is support@spiralknights.com , i've had the same issue, sent them an email and got a generic response to enable javascript/disable security software (which isn't the case as i'm not computer illiterate, but i'm not blaming anyone for assuming things as they are legitimate concerns) but after few days i checked the site again and i could at last access it.

If thats the link you meant is showing you a blank page, try using a different browser. Because that page works. :)
