Wolver, Calibur, Hazebombs are obvious ones that use Light and Green Shards.
What do you guys ragecraft using Blue, Red and Dark Shards??

I don't know if it's really "best" by any other standard, but the simple fact that Brandish can go Nightblade, Glacius, or Combuster puts it up high for me. One of two shadow swords in the game, two of few elemental swords (and the only freeze), dmg:jelly (JK), dmg:gremlin (possibly unparalleled Gremlin slaughterer), ias, ctr...
Perhaps not the most valuable, but I do enjoy the versatility of it in terms of useful UV selection and the "well, someone will want this not-so-valuable UV" aspect.

Medium sword = CTR, ASI
6 out of 8 UVs that are useful.
