Is it right to assume that in T3 the 5* swords can deal their most efficient damage due to no scaling-down thus the bonus will be even more evident there?

I don't think we have a really good idea how level scaling works yet. The T3 numbers I observed show a higher increase than guyjin's as well as CrashFu's findings though.
