Heaven have many different server eg 1-14, but does the AH different too? or connected?
So can i get a cheaper same item in AH of different Heaven?

Any source about the amount
Any source about the amount of servers and the way havens are distributed among those servers? I'm interested to learn some more about that.

Think instances, not servers
As far as I can tell, the service is hosted on Amazon's elastic compute cloud (ec2), so there isn't really dedicated servers like other MMOs. It also seems like the instances are dynamically created depending on user demand, but I could be wrong about that.
The AH is the same no matter which instance of Haven you're in.
