This almost feels like one of those 'not a bug, but a feature' things, but there's a tiny room near the beginning that can be sealed off by a teammate while you are inside, leaving you with no means of escape. WHICH IS COOL, in a 'ha ha, oh you' kind of way, except that you are end up in a bad way if your teammate dies, as mine did, or if you are removed from the party (I assume. I haven't tried this).

But seriously I love this room so don't remove it. I guess I just wanted to make sure it was supposed to be like that. Because it needs some warning signs put up around it. ENTER RIDICULE ROOM AT OWN RISK or something, so at least people don't feel cheated so bad if they get stuck.
