I've been wondering if I can sell the boss items that are not used and that are not upgraded in the auction house. Can anyone reply to this so that I can be sure Thanks :).

You can always sell something
Since they already answered your question. If you just NEED to sell equipment you bought, you can always sell something you don't want to an NPC (like Kozma). Jelly Armor for Brinks is one good example. 3500 each.
If you don't need your jelly tokens and you're not saving them in hopes of an unbind shop, then that's what you do with those armors.
If you trade boss tokens for an equpiment, I'm pretty sure it's bound to you straight away. You'll have to wait for the unbinding shop.
