Going to purchase my first 3* item! Which one should I buy first?

I have the choice between buying (and then immediately crafting) one 3* item. It will either be the Fused Demo Helm, the Fused Demo Suit, the Super Blast Bomb, or if it's suggested as the best idea, the Tempered Calibur.
I'm doing Jelly runs atm, and I'm (relatively) new to T2. Which is more useful first, armor, or weapons?

With my understanding of Bombers' role in team play Upgrading your bomb would be best.
Reasons:
1) Bombers role is support via status affects with Bombs, but bombs need 4* to be useful (from word of mouth/text).
2) While it is wrong to say you don't get hit because you aren't supposed to get hit (b/c that is everyone's role) leveling up your gear for their Bomb bonuses won't have as much of an effect as Bombs
If you level up your armor you will survive more maybe, but you won't be useful to your team as someone who manages to play more cautiously and effective bombs.
Yea, I got lazy after typing the first.
-> Long story Short: 4* Bombs useful for team and yourself; 4* Armor useful to yourself and less team.
i'm in the same situation soon and i guess that depends if u're soloing alot or group up and here are some points to consider:
1. i find it annoying to (and have someone in my group if i wear a sword who does) use blast bombs in a group
2. bombs are hardly powerful enough until 4* upgrades. (comparing the attack strength and radius)
3. if we head for mad bomber, we're squishy anyway (i read) so upgrading a weapon first might let us get used to it + save time in runs
4. fused demo set doesnt really increase dmg or ctr more to our bombs than spiral demo does already
maybe upgrading the sword first would be the best option (i guess we'll be running jelly aaaaaalot so making runs easier/faster might be worth it)
but in the end i'm clueless aswell and hope someone finds other options and ideas ;_;
