If you're going to get them in the token trader they will be bound.
You have to have had these items BEFORE the Bind patch.

It doesn't matter if you bought them before the patch or not they were still bound on purchase then too. They unbound when you crafted them into silversix, avenger, faust, or blackhawk. Now they don't.
