I used 800 energy is there anyway I can sell, or can I trade, or am I stuck with with if so is it useful most of my stuff is 3 star i was gonna use it to upgrade my sword!

When i say accidentally i meant bought it thinking it was crowns not energy may sound stupid but I wasn't expecting it to cost 800 energy! and ive never seen stuff at vendors cost energy and as it was temporary I didn't think it would be energy, but you think I should use this weekend on low level stuff or save it till I get level 4 or 5 items (If it ever happens)

You should submit a support ticket. As long as you haven't made use of the bonus yet, I think there is a chance they can revert/refund. You find instructions by clicking "help" in-game.

My understanding is that slot upgrades and heat amplifiers bought from a vendor can be traded and/or sold on the auction house. Those items when they come as part of the starter pack can (no longer) be sold or traded.
And, yes, I would expect the cost to be much closer to 800cr than 800CE, but that is OOO's marketing choice.
First, how do you "accidentally" buy a heat amp?? And second, no you cannot sell or trade it, so you might as well put it to good use, maybe for this weekend so you can do more runs than normal and get more heat to get the most out of your situation.
