As it is right now, Basil's recipe list is completely randomized. Now, don't get me wrong, I love randomization. Unique variants, damage, and many other things benefit from a random number generator. Basil's list, however, doesn't.

I, personally, am in need of a nightblade recipe. I've gone on expedition after expedition with no luck whatsoever with finding it in Basil's recipes, the only place it can be found (besides the auction house, but that's beside the point). I'm pretty sure other people are in the same predicament as me.

So, how about we get an increased chance of finding recipes that are upgrades to items in our arsenal?

Let's say someone was in a tier 2 run. They reach the Clockworks Terminal, and in their arsenal there is a Crystal Bomb. When they check Basil's inventory, they have a chance increase of 1% or something like that of finding a recipe for a Rock Salt Bomb or Sun Shards. They might also get a smaller chance increase (say, half? In this case it'd be 0.5%) of finding a recipe for Radiant Sun Shards or a Ionized Salt Bomb.

The chance increase would vary by equipment level. A level 1 Skelly Shield would have a 1% chance of getting a Scary Skelly Shield recipe, while a level 10 would net a 10% increase, or something like that.

(please note that these numbers aren't what I'm saying should be the exact percentage, so don't hold me to them for being too high or low)

If nothing else, it'd be a comforting thought for me, thinking that the random number generator is on my side, at least a little bit.
