Dear admins/devs/mods,

My ID in game is known as Kronosfere. I've emailed to you guys via the mail support option, but just in case it doesnt work like what I've read here on the forums, ill attempt posting here. I've been waiting for a few days now and am getting frustrated at not being able to purchase CE.

Im a steam user as well; and I'd like to advance the "Spending Limit" thing. I created this account linked to my Facebook just for the sake of asking questions and getting support of purchasing CE. Please help. Thanks.

Have you done this?

You will need to contact the billing department via this page: https://www.spiralknights.com/support/#mail You do not need to log in with your account, but you will need to include the name of your knight in your message.

If you're having trouble with

If you're having trouble with a white page for the support interface, try emailing support@spiralknights.com and explaining your issue. Be sure to include the name of your knight. I believe there may be an issue with yahoo emails getting through right now, so try sending your request from another email address if you have yahoo.

Thanks!

Thanks for the reply equinox, I was getting worried that none of the game system crew have taken notice of my thread. I have sent an email to the link you have given: support@spiralknights.com. May I also know the rough waiting time for this to be done? Thanks again for your time.

Oh and hi fuma! lol

okay so like

There's a hundred-dollar spend limit on CE? I saw an older topic, and that's pretty much the impression I got (and by that I mean everyone was saying that).

For those of you having

For those of you having trouble opening with the Support Portal, this is usually fixed by making sure that Java Scripting is allowed by your browser. Also make sure that a security suite program is not blocking scripting in a web page. Once these are done, clear the browser's cache and Java cache and force a refresh on the page, this is usually done by pressing both control and F5 buttons simultaneously on your keyboard, depending on your browser.

Try alt-tab, and don't be afraid of the sparse Support page. The links are very small and at the top of the screen.

The you can always use the

The you can always use the email provided as above. Make sure to put "Billing Inquiry" as the subject to make sure your mail goes to the right place on the first try.

For the support page to work you must make sure that Javascrpt is enabled in your browser and is not blocked by a security suite program.
