As many of my guildies and friends know. Many of us wants to buy start gears as costumes.
These items are bounded and can't be found anywhere, making starter gears to the NPC sellers would be great
to diversify the looks of costumse.
Please consider this. As i am really desparate to get the spirla pith helm and can't find it anywhere in game.
I second this. I collect weapons and armor, and it's impossible to find the different types of start armor anywhere. You can get a proto gun and a proto sword, but you can't get the inital armor. Either there should be a way to buy them from vendors or there should be a way to make them.

Another option is to have them randomly drop from treasure boxes in strata one. It would be interesting to see how much a spiral pith helm would sell for at the auction house. (:
