how to uninstall spiral knights

I'm trying to figure out how to uninstall the client, it points to a javaaw.exe in my java directory: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre6\bin\javaw.exe" -jar getdown-pro.jar .
There isn't an uninstall listing in my control panel, nor programs folder. any help on this would be awesome.

no "uninstall" in the application folder
I found it in "c:\users\MYUSERNAME\appdata\locallow\spiral", but there doesn't look to be an uninstall button. Am I just able to delete this folder and the shortcuts or are there other files, registry entries, etc. that I should go after?

Deleting the content of that
Deleting the content of that folder and removing the shortcut will effectively uninstall the game.
In the download install version (where you can choose your install path.) there's an "uninstall.exe" that does the trick.

different install folder
looks like you guys changed install folders from locallow to roaming. the previous version i had didn't have an uninstall, so installing didn't overwrite the data, it merely installed a second version of the game on my HD. I just deleted the spiral folder as well. not sure if there is anything else I need to clear out in java... I'm not looking to just "effectively uninstall the game" I would like to clear my PC of all traces of the game, a true clean uninstall.

regedit files
found some regedit files in the javasoft reg entry:
HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-369934856-930770095-330084871-1000\Software\JavaSoft\Prefs\rsrc\config\presents
game.spiralknights.com.preferred_port
game1.spiralknights.com.preferred_port
game2.spiralknights.com.preferred_port
seems to be a new entry for each time i installed the game.

yea i noticed this one too,
yea i noticed this one too, just get yourself ccleaner and run the registry cleanup (2nd tab on the left)
that gets everything out properly, nice and clean. But if you want to be sure you can go do a manual search through the registry too.
Either i tested it and works.

How about uninstalling in OSX?
I installed the game and found it didn't run too well, (graphical issues, unplayable on all but the lowest settings, and picking up loot or hitting monsters resulted in visual lagging) so I updated java, and per the troubleshooting directions I've seen, I should uninstall and redownload Spiral Knights. However, I can't seem to find out how to uninstall the game in OSX. If I go to the download page from the main website, it just confirms the game has already been downloaded and launches, so I can't reinstall the game until it is uninstalled. The game runs fine when I use bootcamp to play in Windows XP; except there it occassionally crashes to reboot.
If someone could point me in the right direction, I'd give running it in OSX another go. Thanks!

i agree, not only does the game run bad on my fiaces mac, but from time to time (ive had to learn how to uninstall programs on a mac which i have never used berfore) if i dont restart my PC, or my fiance's mac, after a few updates, it freezes my whole computer. I run a very high end PC and SK no where near meets the standards to lag up my computer, but for some reason, after 3-4 updates without restart, my computer will no longer run SK and freeze up. My g/f's computer is not able to uninstall SK so what i do is delete sk from "known areas" since im not familiar with a mac, then restart her comp, then redownload the newest files, and usually it works. for my comp, i have to restart it to play at least once ever 4 days, yet before i played spiral knights i gould go for months without starting my comp. and thats including working in maya, adobe paintshop pro, 3Ds max, and many other advanced programs. but for some reason SK wants to shut down my computer completly after only 3-4 updates

Uninstalling Spiral Knights
Uninstalling Spiral Knights on Linux: Delete the folder the game installed to as well as the .desktop file created on your Desktop.
(should be $HOME/Desktop)

Big Question
Uninstalling SK could affect losing every progress in the game or the player profile is server sided?
I've got a problem with new java version (8, deleting previous version as they advised) and I lost the connection with the java file.
Trying to open SK link (not Steam) on my computer I delete it and now I dont know how I could solve it. :<
I would uninstall the game and reinstall but I would not lost my progress in the game.

^Solved^
I solved it in this way.
Go to this path in C:
C:\Program Files (x[YOURBITNUMBER])\Java\jre1.8.0_151\bin
Here u can find the new java file (javaw.exe) so remember this for last step.
If you are so stupid (like me) to cancel the link on the desktop dont do it again while doing this procedure:
Go to C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\ and the write \roaming or \locallow or \local or explore the folders and try to find "spiral" or "spiral knight" folders.
Over there you can find the link that previously you (like me) delete on desktop. Well, right click on top with mouse and choose property and find the "Link" window. Click on path (destination i dunno how's in your language) and delete the text on it. NOW DONT CLOSE THIS WINDOW.
Now go to the your new path for java8 (the one I wrote before) and add to this path the last in bold below.
"C:\Program Files (xYOURNUMBER)\Java\8VERSION\bin\ javaw.exe" -jar getdown-pro.jar .
At the end you will have a path like this to copy into the property window opened. Dont forget the quote as I wrote previous. And the final point.
Apply. Ok.
Double click and GG.
It should mention what folder it's in in the "Start in" section of the shortcut information. Go there and look for the "uninstall" icon to double click.
