The guild I'm currently in is completely dead, so I'd like to join another one. I heard yours is one of the best guilds out there. Also you look like a friendly, active guild which is what I'm looking for.

I usually prefer writing than talking. I have a mic anyway, just I don't feel really comfortable using it as my English is not that good. I'll be happy to use it if needed though.

Uhh. Well usually I'm not a talking person, but I often write in the chat box. Chatting with other players can be very fun. I'm pretty sure you already know that though.

I'm a swordsman primarily, but that's pretty much just because I'm not rich enough to buy lots of gear. So I'm really not a pro player, I have only one or two 5* armors and helmets atm, and only a few 5* weapons. Obviously I'll be making more in the future.
I recently became a Vanguard, I have often beaten Vanaduke but never soloed him. I never got to the end of a Shadow Lair, though I did the first level of SL Snarbolax.
I'm well known because rarely what I say makes any sense.

1. How long have you been playing Spiral Knights? Since it had been released on steam, or sometimes around then. It's funny because it was the TF2 hat that had gotten to play and originally I had planned to just stop after getting. Apparently I just kept going afterwards :P.
2. How many runs do you do a day in T1 - T3? It varies depending on my school schedule and homework. Lately, its been T3 prestige missions (Including danger missions), if only because they provide a productive but short spurt of play time. Nonetheless, T3 arcade runs has always been something I've enjoyed, and also been lately thirsting for again.
3. How often do you play Spiral Knights? Given my current school schedule and how I'm divided between GW2 and this, usually a bit everyday (Usually around a solid hour or more during weekdays, and sometimes longer during weekends, obviously).
4. Do you know anyone from our guild? (If yes, who?) I believe I bumped into a few members of EoS, including a whole bunch having a party in Haven recently, but the one person I know the most from experience is Gwen. Got a friend invite after agreeing some OCH runs on the forum, and she's one of the EoS members I consistently recognize there.

6. Why do you want to join Eos? I mainly want to join EoS because from the looks of it (Given both this topic's biography and my recent experiences), it really seems like a guild full of chill, social people, and at the end of the day, after all my homework is done, that's what I really want to do; relax, login and greet, and be greeted by, a community in guild chat. While the current guild that I was in was nice at the beginning, it sadly became pretty much dead through member and GM inactivity, and although I have a decent friends list, with my school life, I really want to make the most of my relaxation time and energy. After considering my options, joining another guild seemed pretty much my best option for my continued SK social experience (One of the main reasons I still play this game), and EoS was the first one that came to mind given what I've heard and seen (That includes their cake project ;) ).

11. What sweet delicious treats do you enjoy? Tough choice. Mung bean rice cakes are a favourite of mine but I don't have them often. Chocolate, dark in particular, goes strait on my menu, as well as any kind of pastry. Also, a bowl of nachos if you exclude the sweat part.
12. Do you play Spiral Knights naked or in a towel? Towels. Lots of specially designed towels that i wear everyday in my life like a sexy man. Oh, and TEA (No, I don't wear tea leaves, I drink it when I play SK. Wait - derp - wrong subject).

Finally, tell us about yourself (Optional): In game, I'm an experienced bomber, and have been almost from the start of my time on SK, having gotten really good at making my bomb placements count in the heat of a fight. That said, I will never leave home without a sword, ever; at minimum, and I will have a bomb and sword, and I've oddly developed some good swordsman ship on the side. As with guns, I'm fairly decent,. Skills aside, I'm a big challenge afficando (I love danger rooms), and I'm always willing to lend a hand to newbies or people in lower tiers.
Personality wise, I'm a rather calm, snazzy and quirky kind-of guy, though that really all subjective. Nonetheless, in terms of real-life, I'm an undergraduate student taking a bachelors in electrical engineering, and I enjoy solving problems 90% of the time (At least when they're not vague and I don't know much about them). I also enjoy reading various fictions (both sci-fi, fantasy and thrillers. Read a lot of Discoworld novels), as well being a creative writer on my spare time with both my own stories and role-plays. Lastly, I've found myself becoming a bit of a Whovian. Oh, and I'm Canadian.

How long have you been playing Spiral Knights?
- I started playing on 22nd of April, 2011. I saw an article about the 'Best Free to Play Games' on Yahoo and decided to try out Spiral Knights. The Zelda-like graphics and art style drew me in, then the economy got me really interested in the game. For a long time I was a materials farmer and Auction House expert and made a killing on re-selling items. Over time the social aspect of SK has been the part that has kept me around as I don't have the free time to stalk the AH.
How many runs do you do a day in T1 - T3?
- Depends on the day and who's on. Sometimes I just craft two 2* items and socialize and other days I'll do two full T3 runs. My favorite run is Jelly King with random noobs and I play purposely bad (without getting hit) to steal all their delicious noob heat.
How often do you play Spiral Knights?
- Typically every day as something really bugs me about wasting Mist Energy.
Do you know anyone from our guild? (If yes, who?)
- When I first came into EoS, I only knew Ahly (who referred me). Turns out I actually knew Reactive, Wfawwer and a few others.

Why do you want to join Eos?
- I want to join EoS because my first priority in this game is to have a good time, not be the best player technically, and EoS has the best time of any guild going. Through all the trolling and goofing around feelings never seem to get hurt and drama is rare and short-lived. I still have no idea if Nj is a terrible GM or the best one in the game but it somehow manages to all work out.
How Old are you (Optional)?

- Well I used to play naked but I got in trouble too many times for leaving brown streaks on the couch. My wife was only fooled by the "I was just eating chocolate and dropped it in between my legs" lie a couple of times. So now I shower first and then play in my monogrammed bathrobe, which coincidentally is brown to hide any possible evidence of not showering or wiping thoughroughly.

- I love doing things outside and staying active, though have a very soft spot for video games that SK touches upon greatly. I never take anything (mostly myself) too seriously and just like to enjoy things.

I also am willing to help the new guys by pointing them to the right direction, but not influencing them that they just always ask me: 'What to do?', but think for themselves :)
I've also played spiral knights for quite a while now, and as I said earlier in question 3, I am now playing this because I enjoy the community and chat.

How long have you been playing Spiral Knights?
- I've been playing since about a week before the Halloween promotion in 2011. I have absolutely no idea how I've accumulated almost 30 days of play time in less than 1 year given how active I am outside of the game. Something just keeps bringing me back.
How many runs do you do a day in T1 - T3?
- During the week, 1-2 runs and it depends on what my friends, guildies, and I are in the mood to run that day. On weekends when I'm not out and about, or when I get some time off from work and I buy an ele pass, my activity level shoots up like crazy. After running out of mist during the week I generally play a few games of LD, and then just kind of hang out in haven watching the AH and chatting while I take care of some other stuff around the house.
How often do you play Spiral Knights?
- I sign in generally every day to at least check in on my auctions and use up all of my mist, while spending a good amount of time in Haven straight chillin and talking to people. I don't like having that mist not turning into crowns every time it fills up.

- I know Korakc from way back when I started playing SK, and I've seen many of your current members around Haven but don't know any others particularly well. Becs may or may not remember me from back in the Clockwork Renegades days, but I remember her (cuz I'm good with names and all that jazz).

Why do you want to join Eos?
- I want to join EoS because the main reason I play this game time and time again is to goof off, have a good time, and enjoy the evolution of the game through all the contested updates. From what I've seen, EoS is the guild that personifies each one of those reasons wholeheartedly, and given how much time I've spent and how much I've experienced in Spiral Knights, I'm confident this is the guild I'd most enjoy being in. In a year+, I have spent time in only 3 guilds (Clockwork Renegades, Impervious, and now Rigorous), and I've very much enjoyed my time in all of them and will continue to be friends with many of the members in all of those guilds, but what it comes down to for me is what guild will not only provide me with the best experience, but what guild will I best fit in with, and after debating that for some time and talking to many people within the game I landed on Echo of Silence.

- Old enough to miss college but not too old that I can't visit my alma mater and live it up with my fellow brothamen and brothawomen.

- I'm pretty chatty, so although I've never used mumble I would definitely not be opposed to downloading it. I do multi-task a lot while playing SK, so I may spend a lot of time muted on there (unless you're all okay listening to TV shows, football games, etc etc), but as with my steam account I have no problem being signed in often.

- I would do none of those things. Instead I'd chat 'em up and try to recruit Boswick to Echo of Silence, regardless of whether I'm a member or not. How many guilds out there can boast the dedication to have a personalized cake made up and delivered to OOO HQ, not to mention getting photos and thank yous from the staff? (1 - EoS)

- I'm extremely social, but can be a smart-***, or so I've been told. I do enjoy being an active observer, rather than an directly outspoken player in this game.

- I'm notorious for eating a ton of junk food so really any kind of candy, chocolate, or junk food. It's pretty bad, so I have to remember to be very active (and not be super lazy like I'd love to be) so I stay in relatively good shape.

- I put 100% effort into everything. Even though my career takes ~50 hours of my week and tries to convert me into an adult and I am very active, I'm a closet gamer at heart. Some of my closest friends in SK have quit, and more do every month which is very sad, but I'll continue to find other knights to befriend and enjoy an addictively fun mostly-FTP game. I have been told that I am definitely (not my words) above a 7 on the hotness scale, so hopefully you all feel the same way and I can get over that final hurdle to qualify for membership! But yeah, even if I don't get in, just know that I think your guild is a pretty chill yet very impressive guild. Love the OOO cake experience by the way, bravo.
Oh and plus, I'm in Cobalt's cake cult screenie ... which is pretty boss :D

13. I've always been a knight that all I want to do in my free time is play LD. I bend over backwards to get krogmo coins, I am in the process of making a Vog Cub Coat so my GF can finally start wreaking havoc. After being turned down by the Jempire, I sort of got into a state of depression that I am still recovering from today. I didnt do vana runs, and didnt play LD, which is basically all my favorite things to do. The only thing I did was just run in circles and stand around in the town squares, guessing which item will sell first in the AH. So yeah, call me a sore loser, but I am really a good guy, mabye I need to slow down and just stay in my current guild, but what I want is to be in a good guild that always has my back and Ill do the same to them.

Well, i'm a fun loving dude who craves excitement and something to talk about. I can be lazy sometimes, I literally copied and paste all the questions from the above APP (I plead guilty, but it would've taken another 10 minutes if I wrote the questions myself =P) I love doing Runs and do occasional Lockdown. I would love to join if you let me and to have as much as fun as physically possible.

for all you applicants, EoS is full of some of the coolest people i have ever met. its a cluster truck of personality. All the gentelmen are dapper and hadnsome, and all the ladies up in here are oh so smexy. you guys always make me feel right at home (: we don't even have to try, its always a good time.

1. I have been playing since June 2011. Currently i have over 100 days logged into spirals.
2. I try to get at least 1 tier 2 run in a day, currently iam doing FSC mission two or three times a day
3. Daily from 3 to 5 hours off and on.
4. I know njthug and extrajuicybits but other than that i just know names and not much more.
