Fresh restore, (windows update messed up everything so it's only a week old on a restore and virus clean.)

I can pay games like Crisis on High but this game seems to struggle with a lot of basic graphics. I can barely play on high and asking for render effects just mutilates my FPS.

My computer blows through the requirements but lags like it doesn't even come close the the requirements.

Also I can't play in windowed or I hit a 5 second spike of lag, total screen lock every 30 seconds or so.
