Having thought about this some more, I think a table is probably the best way of conveying the information in an easy to parse manner.

Here's the mockup for the table: http://wiki.spiralknights.com/User:Equinox/sandbox#Test_Table

Because having rounded everything in a table makes it much larger and this is more of a data table than a look fancy table, I've kept the rounded corners only for the outside of the table, switched to square corners for the cells, and reduced the extra spacing padding the cells.

I had thought about a notes column where it would say things like Limited to 1 purchase per day or Will bind upon purchase, would that be useful?

Any thoughts on this idea?

I think it would look great

I think it would look great on lower-starred equipment, like the -break series (it has multiple sources of obtaining the equipment). I think a notes column would be good too, especially for Kozma whose recipes can be purchased multiple times, unlike other recipe vendors. It would eliminate the element of surprise (what?! I can buy equipment from Greave but when I get it from Brinks it gets bound to me automatically?! Bug?!) at the risk of elongating the table.

I really like the idea of the

I really like the idea of the new table. It's an at-a-glance of quickly referencing things without having to click though wiki links. I think the "Item" category should b swapped for a word like "Type". Seeing Item Item is a bit silly to me.

It think the notifications about auto-binding and recipe limits should stick to that individual vendor's page.

I like your squares inside

I like your squares inside rounded table a lot. I almost feel like the recipe ingredients table should follow this to make it look less bulky/easier to eyeball.

As for this table, I agree with dog about having type instead of item. Not sure if notes will be necessary either; they can just click on the vendor link to get vendor information.
