hello to all. I'm pretty new and today i tried to learn my first recipe item.
i have all the ingedients, i press f5, i see the recipe but then?
what do i need to get the item in my arsenal??

You need an alchemy machine.
You need an alchemy machine. There's one in the southeast of haven, western bazaar, and the Arcade. Walk up, press attack, spend the crowns/energy/materials, and make the item.

To add to what Darkmere, if you are in a guild, possible Red Hatchings, then please go to the guild hall. To get to the guild hall, click the button under your guild tab, and go to guildhall, there's always an alchemy machine there that you can get to, just make sure to do the alchemy part before hand.
In case your are wondering, it would by too easy if you could craft something by using the menu provided by hitting F5, for someone could upgrade their gear in a level, and become stronger.

Logical flaw.
Even if an alchemy machine wasn't required: you wouldn't be to upgrade your stuff in a level because you'd have to unequip the specific item first.

@ethyce true, and the same thing would apply for crafting 2 star gear that only requires mats (besides ce/cr) you wouldn't be able to equip the weapon..
You need to go to an alchemy machine. They can be found in various places, including just to the right of the Auction House. It's the machine that has a glowing blue energy symbol on it. http://wiki.spiralknights.com/File:Alchemy.png
