I think that if you CAN
I think that if you CAN unbind it which you may not be able to being that it's a boss item and non craftable. But, since it is 5* I think it would cost 800 CE to unbind.
I'd be willing to sell one, but as far as pricing goes, I really can't give you an estimate until unbinding patch is release.
