Our friend disconnected right before Vanaduke and GM Oceanus brought him back to us. After we started playing, we realized our shields weren't working and submitted another ticket. GM Oceanus returned and gave Vana a good spanking!

Yep, they will, if you get trapped by a bug. Way back in preview, there was a fun bug that stopped ice monsters from moving. My friend had this bright idea to go fight in an ice-themed danger room. Predictably, we got stuck. After killing the ice monsters, nothing spawned. I sent a ticket, 3 GMs responded and started poking each other for responding to the same ticket at the same time. Funny!

Srsly though, if I moved like that, I'd probably bump into walls a million times rather than be useful. Mario Kart 150 CC anyone? Took me FOREVER to get used to that speed and even then, it wasn't unusual for me to accidentally catapult myself off the map. D:

GMs are usually available to help you out if you send in a ticket... however, there are occasions when they can't respond if it's after their work hours.

My favorite part of this
My favorite part of this video was when Oceanus offered to mail bonk 2 seals. It's really nice to see a GM who understands mechanics and forsees an issue like this without being ticketed. I'm glad to see that the tokens worked properly for Bonks anyway but thanks for doing a great job as a GM Oceanus!
