I've already contacted alston and he is fine with my decision. (This was before the reserving right edit)
I'm not willing to sell the calibur for a price as little as that until the new update comes out.
This is a gamble but I don't mind taking risks :p
I doubt prices will decrease significantly on UV'd items, as Nick boldly stated they wanted to make rare items an important part of the game and to not decrease their value.

Anyway, I'd happily save a few thousands of CE with the consequence of being named someone that doesn't follow through his deals. (Which I don't think people will pay attention to)
