Unable to submit in-game support ticket

Whenever I try to submit a support ticket, my browser goes to blank. I'm using Chrome, so I tried in Internet Explorer by copy-pasting the address that shows up, but no luck. Haven't experienced fatal bugs yet, but would like to be able to get help this way in the future.

If this should have been posted in bugs, I apologize.

Ugh, I hate that issue. It crops up now and again, and then disappears. Anyway, please email support@spiralknights.com! That will get your ticket to the right place.

Will it be handled as a normal in-game ticket, i.e. with the same speed and possibility for GM-visits?

Also, I haven't really submitted one before, so is there any info I should include in the email besides IGN and bug-description?
