Whenever I try to submit a support ticket, my browser goes to blank. I'm using Chrome, so I tried in Internet Explorer by copy-pasting the address that shows up, but no luck. Haven't experienced fatal bugs yet, but would like to be able to get help this way in the future.

Ugh, I hate that issue. It crops up now and again, and then disappears. Anyway, please email support@spiralknights.com! That will get your ticket to the right place.
