Special knight?
Sorry I couldn't get a pic of this Mecha Knight because it died fairly easily.
I was doing an Ice Maul Arena gate, and I found a mecha knight with a red sword. A normal Mecha Knight enemy has a blue sword, but this one had a red sword. When it did its calibur spin attack, it dropped bombs like those gremlins do. It was different from the other knights, so i figured it was special.
Has anyone seen a Mecha knight like this?
If you did them in Tier 3, I think those are normal Mecha Knights, just upgraded and strengthened for Tier 3. It's like the Cryo and Firo Knights - they don't shoot out bullets until Tier 3.
I think it's an unwritten rule that those constructs (like Gun Puppies) have an MK I/II/III depending on their Tier.
I did a run in t3 fire arena last night and the mech knights had red swords.....didnt know it was rare...
Out of all the ice knights one had a red sword...
I don't think it's a rare Mecha Knight, though. I've encountered it in the Arenas too many times to consider it rare (I've seen the Knights you're talking about - red swords, spin and drops four bombs).
It's like the Gun Puppies. Gun Puppies can shoot 5 bullets but they're not special, just suped-up because it's Tier 3.
I did one time vlad.
It was at a Fire arena the last time I did an actual Vanaduke run.
It got on my nerves too as I didn't even see the bombs among the other Mechs.
