I have a quick question that some older player could surely answer for me. Does the Spiral Plate equipment reduce attack speed across the board, or only affect melee weapons like the scale does?

Note to self: Dev teams can answer my questions even better. :P But yeah, I should've figured since it didn't have the melee icon on it, I just wanted to make sure since I'm still poor and irish and platemail would be a huge investment to make.
Also, I was wondering at first if damage bonuses from gear are additive or percentile, but I realized I tested that with an autogun and helmet-switching, and can safely assume percentile.

Low is about 0.5%
Percentile.
Low is about 0.5% additional damage.
Haven't found any better damage bonuses than low, so I can't give numbers on anything else.

I suggest an icon for things
I suggest an icon for things like platemail - overlapping sword, shield and gun icons, to make it clear that the effect applies to all weapons.

What about the horses head use for the character overview window?
I think a Knight would be an obvious symbol for self.
