Somehow the support function does not work for me and i can a white page when i load up the support site
tried allowing it to everything including firewall yet it doesn'tt show a thing :/
any help on this?

You can try emailing support@spiralknights.com and detailing what your issue is including your knight name if needed. Currently there are some gremlins causing issues with receiving email from Yahoo.com addresses, so try sending from another email address if you normally use Yahoo.
