Bad lag issues since Roarmulus release

I never used to lag before, even during the peak after the steam release, but since they released the ironclaw levels, I've been experiencing really bad lag (especially but not limited to FSC) to the point where some of the later stages of FSC are completely unplayable. In one notable event, I received the popup that I had died, however I was still running around killing things until about 4-5 seconds later, I was teleported across the room (dead).

Wondering if anyone else is experiencing lag issues like this (massive lag since the latest release, but none before)

Yes massive lag, to the point where I'm I can move but everything else is frozen, for up to minutes. The only way to fix it is to quit and reload the game. Yes it has gotten much worse lately.

unplayable... zombies are

unplayable... zombies are walking through walls (interpolated by client i assume?), rubberband-effect all the time..
can't even shoot a wall, need 10 shots for one to reach the goal.. what's going on? since 5 minutes i have this problem here, together with my brother, so it looks a bit like a serverside issue?

now i can hit things/enemies,

now i can hit things/enemies, but no drops, no effects? ultra blast cubes not exploding?

after ~20mins it all worked

after ~20mins it all worked again as it should..

It's bad. What's causing

It's bad. What's causing this?
It happens at least once per playsession for me, and seems to happen irrespective of the time of day.

It would be nice if it were predictable. I wouldn't, for instance, start on the boss floor if I could predict a lag-induced disconnect which would likely lock me out of my party.

Same issue here

Myself and my boyfriend have been experiencing the same issues here, both running Linux Mint 64 and playing in Canada. After reading your post, I realize that this issue has started for us at about the time of the Roarmulus release as well; two weeks ago everything was working perfectly.

I've had the "walking dead" experience after losing all of my health, and there is also lag on damage given to monsters and on item pick-ups. On some occasions, one or both of us have been booted out of the server and forced to join the remaining player at the expense of CE and 200 Crowns, or worse, one of us will be left alone on a boss floor to deal with the lag and the boss fight without aid.

As an inevitable result, we've spent a lot of CE on regenerating our characters when they are uncontrollably killed in lagged battles, or in elevator fees for levels that we just can't complete.

We really love Spiral Knights and have enjoyed it enough to donate a few times already, but this lag is really becoming a game-breaker for me. Like Casey, I have no way of predicting when the Lag-Monster will bite.
