iv been playing spiral knights for a while and i found out it was also on steam, i have a steam acc and i want to somehow connect them but i dont know how to and i would realy like it if someone would help.

Failing to connect
I tried what your saying but all it says is failed to connect to server. But when I launch on this website, it doesn't even log me in. So i have yet to even play the game.

Try Again
Try again, perhaps the server was just being updated, or there was a bug.
Perhaps I should be more clear. Start up the game on Steam, and it will log you in to your Steam account. If you already have an account using this website, you can combine the two so it is easier to manage. You cannot combine the two accounts though if you have more than 3 knights between them. To combine the accounts, go back to the title screen on the Steam version by pressing back on the character select screen. Deselect the option that says "Log in with Steam Account". Select the other option and log in using the account you use on this website. It will give you the option to permanently merge the two.

Read through the bullet points to make sure you want to bind your account to Steam. I have seen folks in Technical Issues say that if the "Use Steam Account" option isn't there, Steam may be having issues connecting to your client & to try restarting Steam a few times.
You first need to start up the game on steam, but once it tries to log you in automatically, go back one screen and sign in using your account on this website. It will ask you if you want to combine your accounts to your steam account. You shouldn't have more than 3 knights total between your steam account and the one here though
