Horde Levels

i was thinking of an added level like a graveyard or arena that is pretty much like an arena with a flat space with a couple hazards. thre could be possible energy turrets and would only be tier three. the idea would be dozens of teir one monsters attacking from all sides and they would only take a couple hits to kill. i think it would make it interesting.

I think what gagestowers3

I think what gagestowers3 wants is a tier three level with tier one monsters and the difficulty lies in the sheer number of monsters instead of their individual strength. Think 300, except it's four knights against a horde of weak monsters.

But how would that be at all challenging? In Tier 3, there are no weapon/armor nerfs. Going into Tier 1 with 5* items will defeat enemies in 1-3 hits already... In T3, it would be incredibly easy.

Unless there's no prize for it and it's just for fun, I don't see much of a reason to implement this. You could literally make a sandwich while you're being attacked and you would most likely still live.

Monsters' difficulty is based on depth. I don't think they will change that system.

I think I understand your idea, and I like it. Basically, if I understand you correctly, you want a danger room where monsters spawn in certain locations and the players will have to defend an area ("stronghold") of the room. Currently these rooms have monsters spawning all over the place and there's no stronghold. The catch is that players can't really block an angry horde for a very long time, forcing the team to take their turns defending while the others attack. Optionally, they could deploy a turret (or two?). There could be one or several fronts of attack. Aye, I like it! "Just like" Alien swarm or Left 4 dead 8)

Add some smokers and boomers while you're at it to make it interesting. Hehehe, but really.. maybe that's a thought!
