Well i been waiting a few days for a response from 3 rings on my message i sent to them about raising my spending limit and no this is not complaint. No such luck so far. I have also sent 3 messages because the first i did not think they went through. I do hope they get back to me soon because i would like to buy more energy for me and to give to my sister in game.I also do plan to be spending a lot due to giving energy as gift to my buds in game. Question i herd and was told from a in game master that sometimes some emails dont work. Is this true with yahoo mail?

You really want to make sure that subject is Billing Inquiry to make sure that mail ends up in the proper place first. Loading them up with repeat messages will not speed things up. Also, if you haven't already done so, a quick check of your spam box would be a good idea.
That is true however when a email is sent to the wrong location most of the time it is re routed to the right location. Again i only sent an other becasue i did not look like it went through right. I have checked spam and nothing is in it. For now i will just wait and thanks for the response to my thread.
There is a gremlin in the works causing issues with our receiving emails from yahoo.com email addresses. If you use one, you should try to send your request from a non-yahoo.com address.
Though maybe I should let the statement from a Game master be the last word, ahem, but anyone else having trouble: I understand you should get an automated reply that it is being worked on very quickly. If you do -not- get the robotic email (and check your spam folder before you assume you didn't), then your message probably did -not- go through and you should try something else. If you -did- get the automatic reply then your spending limit should be increased sooner or later. Reports are that it can take up to a week.
(Edit: Oh, or not. Never been through the process myself, so I guess I'm easily confused and really shoulda let the statement from the game master be the last word!)
Yeah i did not get any kind of email in my spam or inbox i checked about 10 times. So im guess they did not get it cause it did not get throught. there was no automatic response so im guessing it didntgo through i will send an email using my gmail. Just a little of an update i tryed my gmail and no automatic response for that yet
There is no autoreply; if you've sent a message, you need to just wait for a response.

Spending Limit
Alas, due to issues with fraud and credit card abuse, we have a limit imposed on the total amount a player can spend without giving authorization to Three Rings. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause for you.
Accounts start out with a spending limit of $100 for a 30 day period--not a calendar month, but the past 30 days. This limit will easily be enough for the vast majority of players, but some may wish to spend more for various reasons.
As you spend near this limit it will automatically go up to $200, $400 and $800 slowly over time.
Should you wish to raise your Spiral Knights account's spending limit ahead of schedule, you may contact us and we will review your account to see if this is possible. Be sure to list the name of your main knight to speed up the process. Please note that we are unable to raise the limit in some cases. In those cases, the spending limit will still rise normally over time while the account is in good standing.
